Cleangame

About

Things are falling from the sky, and it's up to you to pick them up and bin them, while trying to avoid being squashed. If this sounds familiar, it's because you played the bonus game from Mick and Mack: Global Gladiators on the Sega Mega Drive.

There's also a Gameboy Advance version of Cleangame.

Features

  • Three difficulty levels
  • Online scoreboards
  • Automatic saving of replays for best scores
  • Annoying bird sound effect

Cleangame Advance

Here.

New Game

I should have mentioned this ages ago...

Mobius Skies, a horizontal shoot-em-up. Version 0.1.

As for Cleangame, the scoreboards have filled up quite nicely. Congrats to everyone who made it into the top 5 and got their name displayed on this page. As far as new releases go I don't think there will be any, but I have been working on a GBA version recently which I will probably upload at some point.

New release: Cleangame 0.5

  • Sound and music
  • Pausing is back (press p)
  • Alternative controls: z (left), c (right), RCTRL (throw)
  • Better name entry
  • Music toggle (F11)
  • More icons, more effects

Source and Windows downloads are available - see above.

0.4 for Windows

A standalone Windows version of Cleangame 0.4 is now available.

New release: 0.4

  • Online scoreboards
  • Replay select menu
  • Reorganised difficulty levels

See download section for links. 0.3 users: do not copy across your high score or replay files - weird things may happen.

Update

0.4 is coming soon and will include online scoreboards and a menu to load replays. A testing release will probably be available in the next couple of days.

Cleangame 0.3. Changes:

  • Demo replay (select from help screen).
  • Replays are also being saved (in ./replays) for the highest score in each difficulty level - no easy way to watch them yet though. If you're desperate, replace the replay_demo.txt file with your own replay.
  • Hints for menu navigation.
